Sessions take place every Thursday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The first hour is typically spent outdoors (weather permitting), taking part in a range of sports and physical activities, including football, rounders, basketball, boxing pad work, kick cricket, and other team games. The second hour takes place indoors and focuses on social activities such as board games, card games, group discussions, and opportunities to relax and spend time with peers in a safe environment. Experienced youth workers and community sports coaches are on hand throughout each session to provide mentoring, support, and advice where needed, helping young people to build confidence, resilience, improve wellbeing, and develop positive connections within their community.
